The Timeline section provides a complete chronological record of every encounter, consult note, diagnosis, and clinical document for the active patient.

Clinicians and practice staff can review historical visits, open attached pathology or radiology results, track issued documents, and safely manage accidental empty visits.

  • A visit on the timeline Inspect encounter details including date, time, clinician details, presenting reasons, diagnoses, and notes.
