Patient app

The patient app is what your patients use: sign-in by code, visits, records, a home health tracker, and video visits. Staff can use these pages to walk a patient through it.

Read the pages in this order:

  1. Sign in — get in with a mobile or email code.
  2. Code and link — the 6-digit code, and how the app finds the chart.
  3. Register — the five sign-up steps.
  4. Home — the chat helper and your next visit.
  5. Appointments — book, check and cancel visits.
  6. Records — notes, medicines, allergies, results and letters.
  7. Tracker — home readings and medicine tracking.
  8. Inbox — clinic messages and documents.
  9. Clinic requests — scripts, referrals and certificates.
  10. Telehealth — the video visit.
  11. Profile — contact details, language, consent and sign out.
