What it does

Inbox holds the messages, reminders and documents the clinic sends you.

When to use it

Open it when the app says you have mail, or to find a document the clinic sent after a visit.

Step by step

  1. Sign in, then open Inbox.

  2. Press a message to read the full text, with who sent it and when.

  3. When a message has a PDF, press it to preview or download.

Also on this screen:

  • The list shows secure messages, reminders and notices from the clinic.
  • Official PDF documents sent from a consultation can be previewed and downloaded.

What Agent D can do

  • Agent D works at the clinic. It does not read your app inbox.

Safety (what needs your Confirm)

  • Messages come from the clinic. The app never asks for your password or code in a message.
  • Downloads stay on your device. Take care if you share them.

Common questions

Where did my letter go? Letters and documents sent after a visit land here as PDFs. Can I reply? The inbox carries clinic messages to you. For a request to the clinic, use Clinic requests. How do I know a message is real? It comes from inside the app, from the clinic. Be careful with anything that asks for money or codes.
