Open a waiting row

What it does

Each row in the Waiting on you list represents a specific clinical or administrative task. Every row displays a clear explanation of what is needed and a dedicated action button matched to the job (such as Start consultation, Recall & booking, Message, Bill it, Write the note, or Open record).

  • Open record (AD-022): From a waiting row, opens that patient's chart.
  • Row action button (AD-023): The go button matches the job: Start consultation, Recall & booking, Message, Bill it, Write the note, Open the report, Fix the record, Open your profile, Open the calendar, Open Guideline, Record allergies.

When to use it

Use waiting rows to jump directly into the relevant patient record or tool drawer without searching manually.

  1. Open Waiting on you and read a group such as Safety or Today. Open Waiting on you and read a group such as Safety or Today.

What Agent D can do

Agent D links each waiting item directly to the relevant patient chart and pre-selects the appropriate action drawer. It cannot finalise the action without your input.

Safety (what needs your Confirm)

Clicking a row action button opens the patient's record or drawer in draft mode. You must review the chart details and confirm before any action is executed.

Common questions

What does Open record do?

Open record navigates straight to the patient's full medical profile and consult history.

Can I bill directly from a waiting row?

Clicking Bill it opens the billing drawer with suggested items ready for your review and confirmation.

What if a row shows no patient name?

If a test result arrives without an exact patient match, the row opens the matching tool to link the result safely.
