Confirm before anything leaves the clinic
What it does
The Confirm card is the primary safety barrier in Diagnify. Whenever Agent D or a clinic workflow prepares an action that writes to a patient chart, books an appointment, charges an invoice, or sends a patient message, the system pauses at a Confirm card. Nothing leaves your clinic or modifies the permanent record without your explicit approval.
Also on this screen
- Confirm card (AD-051-sc): Before a send, a charge, a booking, a call, or a file, the card asks you to press go or No.
- One card for a batch (AD-052-sc): Several jobs of the same kind share one Confirm card.
- No (AD-053-sc): Drops the proposed act.
- Fast Confirm card (AD-123-sc): A short typed order can show the card straight away.
When to use it
Use the Confirm card whenever you run slash commands, click action buttons, or ask Agent D to handle clinical tasks. It is your opportunity to review drafts before making them permanent.
Step by step
- Ask Agent D for something that writes, books, bills, or sends. Stop at Send.

What Agent D can do
Agent D drafts orders, prepares messages, sets up invoice line items, and gathers visit tasks. It cannot press the Confirm button, submit claims, or bypass the card.
Safety (what needs your Confirm)
Every write, send, bill, or file action requires you to click Confirm. Agent D creates drafts only. Clicking No cancels the action safely without altering any record.
Common questions
What happens if I click No?
Agent D cancels the proposed draft immediately. No data is saved to the patient record, and no message is sent.
Can several orders be approved at once?
Yes. Related items, such as multiple pathology tests, appear on one batch Confirm card for single-click approval.
Does typing a command send it right away?
No. Typing a command merely prepares a draft. The Confirm card always appears before anything is finalised.
