What it does

Patient education translates complex medical advice into clear, Year-8 plain language handouts. It covers disease explanations, symptom trajectories, self-management advice, red flags requiring re-consultation, and medication instructions. Handouts can be printed or sent directly to the patient smartphone.

When to use it

Use this tool at the conclusion of a consultation to reinforce verbal advice, provide structured wound care instructions, or guide chronic disease lifestyle modification.
