Agent D
Agent D is Diagnify's AI clinical copilot, designed to assist general practitioners, specialists, and clinic staff with everyday clinical reasoning and administrative workflows. Residing in the sidebar column, Agent D reads the active medical chart to help you triage results, draft consultation documents, investigate diagnostic dilemmas, and manage clinic tasks—while ensuring you remain in complete clinical control.
How Agent D works
Agent D operates strictly on a human-in-the-loop model:
- Context aware: Agent D reads the open patient chart, including active conditions, medications, recent test results, and care gaps, to tailor its answers.
- Drafts only: Commands such as
/consult,/script,/labs, and/referprepare drafts in tool drawers. Agent D never files, signs, or sends documents on its own. - Universal Confirm card: Any action that modifies a record or communicates outside the clinic pauses at a Confirm card for clinician sign-off.
- Flexible view: Expand, collapse, or resize Agent D to balance conversational assistance with patient chart review.
