Pin a patient
What it does
Pinning focuses Agent D on a specific patient record. Typing /p followed by the name searches the patient database and pins the matching record, while /open navigates to the pinned patient's chart. Typing /clear unpins the active patient and resets conversation history to start a fresh chat. Opening a past visit automatically restores its saved visit chat.

What Agent D can do
Agent D scopes all clinical context, chart readings, and slash commands to the pinned patient. It clears memory when /clear is invoked.
Safety (what needs your Confirm)
Pinning ensures that Agent D only accesses data from the approved patient chart. It prevents cross-patient data contamination during consultations.
