Appointments
What it does
Appointments lists your upcoming visits and your past visits with the practice, and lets you book a new one.
When to use it
Use it to check when you are coming in, to book a time, or to cancel one you no longer need.
Step by step
-
Sign in, then open Appointments.
-
Read the list. Upcoming booked visits sit at the top, with past visits below.
-
To book, pick the doctor or allied health person you want, then browse the dates and press a free time slot.
-
Check your address if the app asks, then press Confirm to book into the practice calendar.
Also on this screen:
- Before a booking is confirmed, the app may ask you to check your residential address.
- You can cancel an upcoming appointment yourself, up to the clinic's cutoff time.
What Agent D can do
- Agent D works at the clinic. Your bookings and cancels in the app are yours.
Safety (what needs your Confirm)
- Confirm books the visit into the practice calendar. Check the doctor, date and time before you press.
- Cancel before the cutoff time so the clinic can give the time to someone else.
Common questions
Can I pick my own doctor? Yes. The practitioner list lets you pick a GP or an allied health person.
Why does it ask for my address? The clinic needs a current address on file before it confirms a booking.
How late can I cancel? Up to the clinic's cutoff window. After that, ring the clinic.
