Ask Agent D about settings

This page is for front-desk staff and people who manage clinic settings.

What it does

/settings in Agent D points you straight to Practice settings — the same screen as the gear.

When to use it

Use it when your hands are on the keyboard and you want the settings screen without hunting for it.

Step by step

  1. Type /settings in Agent D. It points you at Practice settings.

What Agent D can do

  • /settings opens the settings screen.
  • /emr-plugins opens the plugins tab.
  • Agent D can read the practice finance records, and create or update them after your Confirm. See Finance setup.
  • Agent D does not install plugins or change team access. Those presses are yours.

Safety (what needs your Confirm)

  • Opening settings with a command changes nothing. Every save inside asks you first.

Common questions

Is this a different screen from the gear? No. Same screen, quicker way in.

Can Agent D change settings for me? Only the finance records, and only after your Confirm. Everything else you press yourself.
