Bookings
For staff
Some pages in this section are for front-desk staff and people who manage clinic settings. They carry the same label.
Bookings is the practice diary: your day, your week, your hours, and the follow-ups your patients need. These guides show you around it, one screen at a time.
Read the pages in this order:
- Open the diary — get to the diary and back out.
- Today, week and month — the five ways to look at the diary.
- New booking — book a patient in.
- Cards on the day — change, finish or open a booked visit.
- Weekly hours and blocks — set when patients can book.
- Practice day — the whole practice on one board.
- Front desk on the day book — arrivals, no-shows, texts and bills.
- Recalls and follow-ups — plan the next visit before the patient leaves.
- Ask Agent D about the diary — the same diary, in plain words.
