Clinic requests
What it does
Clinic requests is where you ask the clinic for the everyday things: a repeat script, a referral renewal, a medical certificate, or a form the doctor sent you.
When to use it
Use it instead of ringing, when your need is not urgent.
Step by step
-
Sign in, then open Clinic requests.
-
Pick what you need: a repeat prescription, a specialist referral renewal, or a medical certificate.
-
Fill in the short form and send it. You can attach a photo or a document if the request asks for one.
-
If the doctor sent you a questionnaire link, it opens here as a secure form.
Also on this screen:
- A questionnaire from your GP opens on its own secure page.
- Attachments can be photos or documents that answer a specific item the doctor asked for.
What Agent D can do
- Agent D works at the clinic. It helps the clinic side sort and draft — your request is still read by a person.
Safety (what needs your Confirm)
- Sending a request asks the clinic; it does not order. A doctor decides, and the clinic answers in your inbox.
- Requests are not urgent. In an emergency, call 000. For urgent same-day needs, ring the clinic.
Common questions
How long does a repeat script take? The clinic answers each request in business hours. Ring if it is urgent. Can I get any certificate? Medical certificates cover attendance or sickness, when the doctor agrees the record supports it. What can I attach? A photo or document the doctor asked for — for example, a blood pressure diary.
