An answer card
What it does
Clinical answers in Agent D are formatted on structured Answer cards. Each card presents a clear clinical synthesis with collapsible sections, suggested follow-up questions, an option to view a patient-friendly explanation, and a Save as handout button. Clinical statements cite peer-reviewed medical publications with immutable reference links.

What Agent D can do
Agent D brings together medical evidence, formats clear explanations, and indexes literature citations. It cannot file handouts without clinician confirmation.
Safety (what needs your Confirm)
All clinical recommendations require doctor evaluation. Saving a summary or handout places it into draft review; it is never shared with patients until confirmed.
Common questions
What are the follow-up chips under the answer?
They are suggested clinical questions that allow you to probe deeper into differentials, dosing, or complications.
How do evidence citations work?
Citations link to peer-reviewed medical journals and public evidence sources, scrubbed of commercial brand names.
What does /summary do?
Typing /summary generates a concise case recap in chat that can be saved to the visit note upon confirmation.
