Home
What it does
Home is the first screen after you sign in. It has a chat helper, your next visit, and a check-in for that visit.
When to use it
Use it each time you open the app: check your next visit, do the check-in, or describe how you feel.
Step by step
-
Sign in with your mobile or email — see Sign in.
-
Read the banner at the top. It shows your next confirmed visit, with the doctor's name, the date and the start time.
-
If the banner offers Prepare for your visit, answer the check-in questions before you come in.
-
To talk, type in the chat box in plain words, or press one of the question chips to get going.
Also on this screen:
- The chat helper lets you describe your symptoms in your own words.
- Start fresh conversation clears the chat and begins again.
- If your words point to an emergency, a warning card tells you to call 000 straight away.
What Agent D can do
- Agent D works at the clinic. It does not run in the patient app.
- The clinic can read your check-in answers before the visit, so the doctor is ready.
Safety (what needs your Confirm)
- The chat helper is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 000.
- Starting a fresh conversation clears the current chat on screen.
Common questions
What are the chips under the chat box? Quick questions and common symptoms. Press one instead of typing.
Do I have to do the check-in? It helps the doctor get ready, but it is your choice.
Will the doctor see the chat? The check-in answers are shared with the clinic. Treat what you type as part of your visit.
